1. Per-walker subscription

Each Paw Post subscription is for one individual dog walker. The account holder's name is shown on every walk report card sent to clients. If your business has multiple walkers, each walker must hold their own separate Paw Post subscription.

2. Account credentials

Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. You may not share your email, password, or active session with any other person, including colleagues, employees, or contractors. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared between multiple individuals.

3. Free trial & billing

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. After the trial, your card will be billed monthly until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current paid period. Paw Post does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Paw Post only for your own legitimate dog walking and pet care business. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, and do not attempt to circumvent these terms or the platform's technical protections.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
